Pizza Day can be a lot of fun. We used it with the letter P but you can also use it with fractions or a food unit or for a Bible unit about yeast and sin. You could also do some creative writing or step by step direction writing with this project. Here is a fraction paper.

We start by mixing our dough and then let it rise.
We talk about why the flour mixture rises. It is fun to see the dough "grow" in our bags.
After the dough has time to rise, we knead it.
Then we press the dough in our pans and add toppings. It is ready to bake and eat!
